As part of the project, we joined as a new team in the development of a smart electricity meter system serving international clients' needs. With our expertise, we contributed to the development of APIs, adapters, and a Big Data ecosystem for processing data received by the system, as well as the development of the registry system's functions and modules.
We started working as a separate team within an existing, larger project organization, typically working on change requests and implementing new features. Learning the complex software ecosystem and applying a new Big Data framework presented significant challenges, which we overcame through thorough architecture analysis and knowledge sharing.
We continuously expand the system with new features and modules, and also participate in its optimization. A significant achievement is the test automation for individual modules, which increases the security of development releases. By applying Big Data technologies, we ensure the efficient processing and analysis of large volumes of measurement data.
