During the Indivizo project, we developed data-based solutions that help their clients accelerate their recruitment processes. On their cloud-based platform, the entire workflow can be flexibly managed, with services such as automated video interviewing, gamification, or recommendation system. Our task was to provide an efficient, scalable, and reusable integration solution.
During the project, we conducted a detailed system analysis that enabled optimization of existing processes. After refactoring the React codebase and migrating services from AWS to Azure, we developed a Go-based REST API with version control and workflow automation. We provided agile knowledge to the hybrid development team, which contributed to the project's success.
Thanks to the detailed analysis and refactoring, Indivizo's system is now up-to-date, workflows are optimized, and its services are easily integrable and scalable, allowing for an increasing number of clients. Thanks to the Scrum methodology, the hybrid development team was able to maintain the project's 3-month timeframe.
